Rates
Latitude International Ltd charges fees depending on the requisite itinerary or service:
Bespoke Itinerary
For all itineraries that have been put together on the request of the client, a flat charge of 25 % of the total cost of the trip will be charged, plus the cost of Latitude’s staff for the duration of the trip.
A full breakdown of all invoices is always available to the client after the trip.
All Other Trips
For all itineraries that have been pre-packaged, a fixed cost is charged for the trip. This will include Latitude’s fees, which will vary depending on the involvement of our staff.
Deposits
A deposit of 25% of the total amount is required to confirm a reservation.
The remaining balance is required 60 days before travel; otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. See Terms & Conditions.
Please note that all guests must take out their own full travel insurance for the duration of their trip, including cover for refunds of cancellation deposit.
Latitude International Ltd accepts electronic transfers to its client current account or company/personal cheques made out to Latitude International Ltd.
All charges are made in £GBP (UK Pounds Sterling). All cheques and transfers must be made out in £GBP.
A surcharge will be applied on any credit card transactions. |
